When potential buyers drive in to view the property, the outside of the property will be their first impression.

An unkempt garden with overgrown trees and shrubs will hide the beauty of the property and turn off potential buyers. Manicure the lawns and use outdoor furniture to enhance the beauty of the property.

Failing to stage

In order to sell a property, it is important to highlight the good points of the property and engage the imagination of potential buyers. Staging allows the seller to show potential buyers the potential of the property.

Selling property when it is in a poor state
