Like most of you, I can't believe it's Christmas already. Seems like I was just setting off rockets and firecrackers.

At this time of the year, when all but only the most serious of our customers & clients has put their ambitions to rest until the new year, it gives us a little extra time to reflect and fine tune our businesses for the new year. I thought that this may be a good time to see what things are being attended to and plans that this group are doing in this endevour. A sort of conglomerated resolutions list.

My plans include:

1) Reviewing my past advertising for the year and making adjustments at the macro level.

2) Reviewing my customer base to make adjustments based on activity or lack there of.

3) Reviewing my customer base to evaluate my services to see where I have lost opportunities and why.

4) Review my branding to evaluate my visibility and reputation within my sphere.

5) Last, but not least, contact my past clients.

What are yours? What do you feel are the most important issues to attend to? Or do you feel it's a time to just sit back and take a breather?

I, as well as others, would value your insight...

Thank you

Great points.  This is a good time of year to review what has worked (and do more of it) and find out what didn't work - and STOP doing it!   And if you are a good boy maybe Santa will bring you new clients for January!

It is not time to sit and relax... we have to plan ahead and get good numbers by the first quarter of 2008

Hey Duke, You look great as Santa.  Everyone will have a slightly different list, but the main thing is to DO SOMETHING and try new ways of doing business.
