Glad to see you are back.  It has been a great month so far, got 5 more sides that should close this month. 
I gave leadership some thought but I could not commit to it, don't know where I would get the time to be effective at it.  I would like to get involved in some mannor once I get my team up an running and catch a breath.

What have your prices been doing on condos? both new and used?

One of these days I will either buy a condo in Destin or Panama City.

Also, how is construction going on new airport? I usually fly my plane into little Destin airport.

Mike, the condo prices have been dropping and will continue to drop until the airport is finalized in my opinion.  There are some great deals out there right now.  Come on down and I'll show you around the great deals.  The airport broke ground but I think they are at a standstill right now.
