I would love to know the other companies who use these so I could get feedback and find out what some of their features are. Since we are in the Bay Area, we always seem to have a steady stream of people passing by.

About 70% of the 100 agents in our office take advantage of this opportunity. The ones who don't like it, for whatever reason I can't imagine, are required to have a very specific plan for farming, referals, floor time, circle, open houses and that kind of stuff.

In the past 10 years, I got, along with a bunch of us, 50% of our business from the malls. Listings and sales alike. For me that would be at least 10 deals a year, the other 10 from past clients or referals that I got from there! This year was an exception with only 5 deals from the malls but business is picking up SO MUCH! I feel like I'm on FIRE!
