It reads: IT'S TIME TO HAVE YOUR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE CHECK.  Please call our service department at ... to schedule your appointment.  (If you have already made your appointment, please disregard this notice.)

Folks, if you want an employee name Little Johnny to come and serivce your furnace, please call Area.  But if you want the boss... the man... and would like to hire a truly locally owned and operated HVAC company, I suggest you call Braden Hurt of Precision Sheetmetal and Heating at www.heatmyhome.com.
