Hey MRIS customers, remember there is a Matrix outage tonight for new features.

UPDATE: The maintenance has been completed.

There will be an outage tonight as we roll out several enhancements to Matrix. matrix will be offline on the evening of December 10 at around 10:00 pm, and should be back on-line by 1:00 am. This outage is scheduled so we can roll out a host of enhancements to Matrix that many of you have asked for. Here is a summary of those enhancements. In the coming days I'll be preparing posts on how to get the most out of these new features.

At the bottom, you'll see new features designed specifically for teams. If you are part of a team, take some time to get to know the new team features. I think they are pretty cool, and I hope you do to.

Here is list of some of the new features coming tonight in Matrix.

Mike, I appreciate it that you turn Matrix offline usually after I'm in bed drifting off to sleep. I guess a few night-owls may be upset, but you can't please everyone. I'm with Cindy, each new upgrade brings even more features and enhancements that make our business easier.

Brian: We try to schedule them as late as we can. There is never a time when NO ONE is on the system. We just try to go when the load is light, and give ourselves a buffer in the wee hours...just in case something goes wrong.

Cindy & Brian: I hope you like the enhancements, we've received a lot of good response on the maps enhancements from the beta testers. Also this update has the ability to schedule the automatic emails a lot better - something many agents have asked for.
