Robert- I know, that is true. So much easier said than done, but htat is why it is so important to surround yourself with the kind of people that will encourage and nurture your ability to keep the faith because you are worth it

Michael-You are welcome!  I too worry more than I should and I am always reminding myself that worry is a waste of time. It resolves nothing and only serves to hinder us and bring us down. I promise to worry less if you promise to worry less

This is a great positive message.  You have to have faith or you'll get los, although it certainly isn't always easy.  So many times going through my daily grind, I often have to stop and remind myself to have faith.  I often forget, but I know that as long as I do the right thing, stay positive and in good spirits everything will work out.

Martin- Attitude is everything and it is easy to forget. We let things get to us, but the second we let it go and have faith that it will all be okay, it usually is.

Thanks for your post, as that subject has hit me quite square in the face over recent months.

I am fortunate enough to live in Orange County where I attend Saddleback Church.  Rick Warren, our main Pastor, is the author of The Purpose Driven Life.

I encourage all of you who have the belief in God to read it.  It really humbles you, but most of all puts everything into true prospective of how we should live our lives.  I am not preaching here, but only citing that it is a very eye opening book.  I have learned immensely from it.

May we all remember the true meaning of Christmas.

Wayne-Merry Christmas to you as well. I have that book on tape and have listened to it in my car. It is the way we shoul strive to live our lives. It is a challenge to do because life, society, and our own impatience pulls us away from the simpleness of it.
