 The key word being False.  It only appears real in your head... and sometime that's a scary place to be. 
We all have energy and that energy is what creates courage and fear and I have the courage to tell FEAR to go jump off a bridge, I have things to do and do not have time to dramatize the situation and fear it.  So I have a message to any of that fear trying to get close to me...  "Get the hell out of my way, I've got things to do."
