The American Dream

By
Real Estate Agent with Frank Rubi Real Estate
I heard the National Association of Realtors has said the market seems to be leveling out.  Great, I knew it couldn't last forever.  Everyone needs a place to live.  You either rent, buy or live with someone.  This is still the American Dream no doubt.  One way or another people are going to find a way to buy their home, their dream home.

I agree - and I think there are still buyers out there - and there are still mortgages available. Maybe it is not great out there right now, but I still think it is a pretty good market.

I hope for the best for us all! -Karen

John, look at history for the answer. Go back to the late 80's. We survive that and will now. It is just starting to go. The next six months will hold the answer.

John,

As long as the downward curve levels off, we are in good shape. And when it turns up, we are in even better shape. Important thing is that we get more positive headlines so the buyers start believing in real estate again.
