RELAX we'll handle it.

Here is a great article from Real Estate professional Karen Fiddler about how we as Realtors take care of all your needs.

Mission Viejo Real Estate Agent

Most consumers realize that this is a very complicated real estate environment. Any buyer who has written an offer on a short sale knows this. Any seller who has received a low-ball offer knows this. But what they often don’t see....is how their agent handles it all.

“I’ll handle it”

This has become one of my favorite statements. Why is it my favorite? Because I love being able to put my client at ease...isn’t that why they hired me? To handle things? There is no virtue in showing uncertainty!

Do you remember learning to ride a bike? or learning to swim? or learning to drive a a stick shift? Was dad there to make sure you were safe? Mine was! I never had any fear that he was going to let me fall.....or drown......or crash. What was going through his mind? Maybe some fear....but it was not his job to show it.

As a Real Estate Agent in Mission Viejo, I am that steady hand of calm for my clients. I am the one who keeps her cool when things seem to be collapsing...it’s not bravado, it’s experience.

This kind of experience comes from years of problem solving...and the understanding that a client going through premature panic is not good for anyone. My job is to protect my clients, financially first and foremost, but also their mental sanity...at least that’s what I think.

In essence I was hired to worry on their behalf.

This is not about leading them down the primrose path only to find themselves in a thorn patch. It’s about handling things. Nine times out of ten, things are resolved...by calm, thoughtful solutions. And most of the time, my client never knows there was a problem at all....why? because I’m handling it.

This is what I do for a living!

After a while, we learn the potential pitfalls of deals...and avoid them at the start. We can recommend an experienced lender, home inspector, or title representative. We can address things up front when possible and solve issues as they arise....just like this week. A buyer and I were meeting the sellers and listing agent to get keys, we had just closed. When we arrived, we could see the sellers were removing a chandelier and unbolting cabinets in the garage....which were not excluded. My buyer looked panicked! Me?

“I’ll handle this”

And I did....I calmly explained to the listing agent what we saw, and the items were replaced. She handled it too!!! That’s what we do.

Hi Bonnie! Thanks for the reblog. I know Clarks Summit buyers and sellers would be wise to choose you to handle things for them as well. Have a great weekend.

Bonnie,

I'll go back and read the original blog post; I know Karen writes good posts.  Yes, if the person doesn't have a problem they don't need us.  First, I think it's great you're working with your sister--very cool.  Second, I came by to see what kind of view you might have in your market areas.  Lakes, woods, rivers?  I've never been to PA so I don't know.  My father was raised on a farm in Sharon, PA. where he had to chop wood for heat and walk to an outhouse in the snow to relieve himself.  That's long ago-- he'd be 93-yrs old this yr.

Hi Lloyd Thanks for stopping by.  Pennsylvania has something for everyone.  Obviously we cannot boast about great weather they way you can.

Sharon Pa is in the Western part of the state.  Very rural.  I love the central part of the state.  The Lancaster area is gorgeous.

In Northeast Pa where I am we cover the gamut.  Lakes, rivers, woods, mountains, valleys, farm land.  We have towns and townships and very few subdivisions.  One larger city is Scranton.  To the south is Wilkes Barre. Our towns may or not have a main street.

We have every recreation outlet you could imagine.  Boating, fishing, hunting, 4 wheeling, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, swimming, water parks and entertainment venues.

I lived in the south for 30 years and moved up here to be in business with my sister.  I'm a beach kinda gal.  We don't have that here LOL.
