You can't beat this, a place on the beach in the Naples area for under $200k? Buyers need to take advantage of these deals before they are gone.
Rene, The 500 sq ft studio on the beach used to sell at $400,000+ I tell you buyers are taking these prices for granted - we don't even have enought to go around.
