2006 is over. Good or bad, different or not, same volume of business or flat real estate market that didn't get you no where...it is all part of the history now...or really within 2 days...

New year is coming and it is an exciting time because we can reflect on all the lessons learned (I hope...) over the past year and then make resolutions that fuel us to better ourselves the next year. Never mind that the excitement of the resolutions wears off just about the same time that the sun comes up that first day of January.

Before you know it , our new year's attitude hits the curb, and we are on for another routine day...month...in our lives. Now it is our test, individually, if we've learned any lessons...can we improve?...how can we improve?...what should we do to make things better for ourselves...? Personally and Professionally!

Defenitely...its a time to stop for a second, or a minute...and to think about it.

I think that one of the most important things to improve is our family relationship...by the way, even if you consider it as 'very good'...there will be always 'room' for improvement!

Do not take anything for granted...!

I'm also a firm beleiver that professional success can be fueled by personal and family relationship and appreciation.
