So what is it that makes us pay for a new toy device every so often - or in Apple's case every so frequently? In the case of Apple's "Poster Child of the PC World" - the iPad3 - it is the long list of amazing features. To name only two aspects of the "Poster Child of the PC World" - the new iPad3 has a retinal display screen. The images are very crisp. The screen is 2048 x 1536 - about 1,000,000 more pixels than an HD TV. And to take those videos - the 5 megapixel iSight camera. I love new toys! Funny how we all want the hottest, latest, greatest! I don't have an iPad only because Verizon hasn't offered service for them here yet and I hate dead spots the other carriers still have around the valley. Once I can actually use one everywhere, I will be standing in the line (or paying a teenager to do so...0)

Hi Lynn, This new iPad 3 has me all ears and eyes to see how everyone likes this. One thing I do know, is that the iPad2 has changed my work habits and keeps me more organized. Now with our MLS providing our full MLS on the iPad, it makes doing business so much easier with it. One thing I love is not having to sit a my desk and do my research or blog posts. With Dropbox holding all the photos I want, it is so easy. The other thing is how much faster it is than my desk top.

The Introduction video is great and I thank you so much for sharing this with the group.
