It's a 4:36 helmet-cam video of a downhill bike race in Valparaiso, Chile. The rider must have ice water in his veins, because this is one terrifying, but exhilirating, ride. And I truly do wish I could do this. Enjoy!

Now that is just insane! I have watched downhill bike races but this takes things to a whole new level. Talk about skill and bravery or just a few bricks shy a load..LOL Good stuff!
Wow that is some footage! How does a person practice for such a thing as that! He knew what he was doing but wow how many times a person must crash as they gain that mastery over it to that level. crazy things but exciting. Thanks for the share :)
Dick that was wild and crzy, just look out for the dog. I dont think i would want to do that. i do wish i could see some of the other racers though. Enjoy your Sunday
Dick- I am exhausted and dizzy. My husband was watching me as I watched this and thought I was going nuts because my head was weaving every where. Whew!
Those jumps were insane. I take a lot of jumps on the snowmobile, but at least I have some protection, usually. On wrong move, or that dog taking a different direction, and that guy would have been in a world of hurt.
That's crazy. Definitely not OSHA-approved. But I say, load up on insurance and tequila and go for it, Dick! Wear a helmet cam so we can watch and you can get some AR points.

WOW...that was pretty amazing and it looked like a foot or less of clearance on some of the stairs. Love the bit with the stray dog.
Dick I was fine but do not think I would do the steps. Wonder how many takes it took? Oh to be young again.
Excellent, Dick. I've done some pretty crazy stuff on my bike, but this guy makes me nervous. 8-) Have a great Sunday!!
Good grief, I was expecting a road or at least a trail! That is crazy and I was a bit worried for the dog!
Oh my! My heart was in my mouth for most of the clip. Who dreams this stuff up?

That was too long to have my heart in my mouth. Crazy how a video can make one so nervous. I'm off to do some yoga and calm down. Have a great day.
Dick
I give the credit for thinking you would like to do this. Count me out, cheers cvc
I nearly had a heart attack just watching it. I can't believe it, but I saw it. Now, I need a drink to calm myself.
