Are you in Huntsville Alabama over the weekend to do some power house hunting?? Make life a little easier and save time running from neighborhood to neighborhood when all you have to do is walk next door or up the street to other open houses in Phillips Creek...several homes held open to the public.

Side by side Open House at my two newest listings in Phillips Creek Huntsville Alabama 35806. I'll be on hand as well as two other agents from the @Homes Realty Group office, Lakeeta Davis and Kelly Chase making sure all who attend has everything they need and any questions answered.

The original intent was to have a neighborhood wide open house however not all sellers or agents schedule would allow for that, we do plan to get together next weekend and hold all homes open generating more public interest.

Karen, it's not something that happens everyday, but I'm honored that both clients trust me enough to allow me to list their homes. If the homes were closer regarding list price and size plus a few other differences I wouldn't have taken the second listing as there might have been a conflict, but both homes are different enough not to attract the same buyer.
