Punchlists.  We all have them.   If you have created one for a house and it includes the following:

  • 3 beds/2 baths
  • One level
  • "starter" type of home, this one at 1405 sq feet
  • in south Salem
  • near a park
  • near the elementary school
  • a bonus of being near the high school
