Las Vegas Housing Inventory as of 12/1/2007

Inventory in Las Vegas is down just a bit from October's figures. Closings are down by 48 over November. Stats include all of Clark County NV.

I love to see market stats from around the country. You said your inventory is DOWN and I was looking at the numbers like WOW!! Quite a difference from one coast to another.

49% of the homes listed are vacant???? UGH! That hurts!
