Seaside VillaDo NOT move into that dream home you are ALMOST prepared to buy

WITHOUT A FINAL WALK THRU!

For vacant, occupied, new builds, or checking after lease back to seller WALK THE HOUSE.

Check light switches, open/close doors and windows, look at plumbing, look at holes in the wall from removed pictures, check that agreed to repairs were completed, everything about floors/walls/ceilings for stains or scratches, included items agreed upon that function, and have seller present if possible for questions. Bring back your home inspector.

THEN you can move in and feel that nice paradise feeling of that new home.

G- Personally, I would take the house in the photo AS IS! Looks pretty sweet!

Seriously, I recommend to my buyers (especially first timers or nervous ones) that they bring the home inspector back for the walk through as well... I could not agree more. The inspectors love to make the little extra $ and after all, they were the ones who checked things out during the home inspection and who better to compare that condition at walk through?

Wonderful stuff!
