GREETINGS, BLOGOSPHERE!
As you get to know me, you'll quickly realize that I love music. I think in musical terms. I'm sure you're familiar with the phrase, 'There's an app for that'; well, in my world, there's a SONG for that.
As I write this in anticipation of our Active Rain blog launch, there is a soundtrack running in the back of my mind, complete with orchestra, background vocals and all: 'AIN'T NO STOPPIN' US NOW ... WE'RE ON THE MOVE ... WE GOT THE GROOVE' (The Luther Vandross version, of course).
I'm SO excited to finally be launching The ACG Group's Active Rain blog. It has been awhile in the works, but I hope you will find that it has been worth the wait. Thanks for hanging with us in the coming weeks and months as we 'get ourselves together' and 'polish up our (blogging) act'!
While you will find our blog to be heavily weighted with information on how to buy a HUD Home, you'll also find a variety of topics as Angie shares musings on real estate, foreclosures, short sales, housing policy, community, hobbies, tales from the field and life in general. In short, nothing is off-topic on our blog as real estate is simply the place where our lives unfold.
The Southern California real estate market is one of the most dynamic in the country, and our team happens to be based in the San Bernardino-Riverside Metropolitan Statistical Area, its most active region for foreclosures and other distressed properties.
Whether you are seeking a Rancho Cucamonga Realtor® to partner with you as an REO listing agent in San Bernardino County, a local Riverside County REO listing agent or an REO brokerage in Orange County, California ... we can help. With offices throughout Southern California, we know the 5-County region like the back our hand.
If you are a homeowner, homebuyer or investor that needs to find a real estate agent to help you navigate today's distressed property market, you'll be glad to have found us. We are a Rancho Cucamonga real estate agent team with solid experience and proven results helping clients with buying and selling foreclosures, short sales and HUD Homes.
Finally, if you're an industry colleague near or far, stop in to network and share ideas, tips, events and referrals.
Friends, clients and colleagues are all welcome here. Come back often, or better yet, SUBSCRIBE!
We're looking forward to serving you.
<Fading out on Repeat> 'S-T-O-P-P-I-N ... Ain't No!' ...
P.S.: A special thanks/shout-out to Craig Daniels and his Graphics For Blogging Training. Yes, that's a plug ... and well-deserved in my estimation.

Dear Angie,
Is it common for HUD not to notify you, when you are not the winning bidder? It has happened to me twice now & is very frustrating.

Short answer: Yes. BUT ... there is a fix for your frustration. I started a HUD Mastery group here on AR. Join it, and I will post a blog with a tutorial on the fix tonight or tomorrow.
Thanks for the question ... I'm sure others will be helped by your asking it.
HUD Homes are a great opportunity. Once you get the system down, you will love, love, love it!
Great job to start. Maybe you will turn into one of the favoritwes and get featured all the time.

UPDATE ~ I have begun drafting the blog answering your question, but am having some technical difficulties with the software I use to create tutorials.
I should be able to resolve it and post the blog by Monday.
Thanks for your patience.
Angie-Congratulations on your Blog and its look and feel. Craig has probably forgotten more about technolgy and how to use that I'll ever know. Keep it up.
Wayne ~ Thanks. And yes, CraigDA is awesome in my book too.
Exciting stuff, Angie. Your blog is me so I'm subscribing. I feel like my life is lived to a soundtrack. I'm always singing some song depending on what's happening. Often the song I'm singing tells me What's Goin' On. Thank you for that one, Marvin.
Hey, Angie. When I clicked on the link in your post to "subscribe" It gave me a lot of weird text and characters.
Great first post, Angie! I came over to visit as a result of Craig's post ... you're well on your way to be a super-star in the AR blogging world!
