Interest rates rose this week and that is not a good thing. Cumming Ga real estate is being fueled by bargain hunters. There are some good deals in the foreclosure market but competition for these is keeping the price up. I hope buyers will get moving now!! It is the best time to pick up a bargain and have those lower payments you want!!
