I read two posts recently here in the rain. I enjoyed them both. The first one had to do with a home selling very quickly and how it created controversy specifically doubt as to whether full value was attained. Then, I read another post having to do with getting results and whats the problem as its point. Here's my 2 centavos

CONGRATULATIONS...NEXT PROJECT PLEASE

When I list and sell a home, it is labor intensive up front as I start my home work process, gather data, set-up all the necessaries and then launch. I expect my work to produce the intended result. When it does, it is no surprise to me. The surprise comes if it doesn't produce a quick result.

RENTAL BE GONE

On rentals, I use the same tactics and formulas too. I know what things rent for and why. I know what it takes to come into the market place and join the competition successfully. A few moments of applying my beliefs, savvy and experience to bear on the rental produces the intended result.

KNOWING WHAT TO DO COMES ACROSS WELL TO EVERYONE

I don't like hindsight, doubt or confusion. I am not attracted to could, would or should either. My experimentation days are over. I know by now what to do and how to do it. Creating that confidence came from trial, error, failure, and proven results over tested time and umpteen deals

MAY I BE RICHIE FRANK?

I will be very candid at this point. I have no cure or answer for GREED. Those that cannot be satisfied by a job well done or a circumstances handled at premium most likely have no peace in many of their other life subjects. I have found that to be true. That remains your personal business

MOVING WITH A PURPOSE

I leave you with this. If you want your property sold or rented out for premium or optimum, we can achieve that no problem. Since every property and transaction is unique, we will indentify, formulate and then agree on how to proceed and then move WITH A PURPOSE. If that is appealing to you, give me call.....

GOOD MORNING FRANK RICHIE!  I like what you wrote.  I read it a few times.  No matter what - if you have a home for rent - you want it rented.  If you have a home for sale - you want it sold.  If you don't - it won't be priced right and it will be vacant or you will continue to own it.  That's the purpose of it all - I think!
