New Listings are down only 4.3% from last year.

Closed sales are down only 2.8%!  Many parts of the country are seeing a 20-30% drop in closed sales!

Average days on the market are up only 4.3%.  Other parts of the country have increased their days on the market by 40-50%!!

Here's the best part....

Our average sales price is UP!  We have increased 3.2%, from $146,302 to $150,962.
