About Oldsmar and Eastlake Oaks
Oldsmar was the brian child or RE Olds of Oldsmobile fame. Back in those days, Eastlake Oaks wasn't there, as it is a newer oldsmar subdivision.
Eastlake Oaks is a subdivision to the south of Tampa Rd, right across the street from Lockheed Martin, just west of Forest Lakes Boulevard. With its ideal central location in Pinellas County, residents enjoy an easy commute to Tampa,Clearwater, and also St. Petersburg. Many new shopping centers have been built recently with tons of interesting shops and restaurants in Oldsmar. There are many business that call Oldsmar home and many more are relocating to Oldsmar each year. Oldsmar is growing and property values will only go up. Don't delay!
Eastlake Oaks has a good variety of floor plans, with one and two story homes from 3-6 bedrooms and from the 1500's square feet up to 3000. Prices range from the $180,000's to the mid $200,000's. Here is data for the year 3/2011 to 3/2012

The community has a pool and playground for younger children. This community comes alive at halloween, with neighbors sitting out on driveways and enjoying the ambience as children in costumes go door to door. it's a great nigh to catch up with neighbors fter a long summer inside.
