New construction is still on the rise in February! Most of our closings were new home construction in February and most of our sales were traditional. Things are looking good! It’s always great to see short sales and foreclosure numbers declining. We had 28 sales in February totaling $6.6 million by 18 of our agents. Here are our top Jacksonville Realtors for the month:
The Top Listing Agent for February is Dottie Lay with over $800,000 in listings sold. She sold five of her own listings this month! We can’t wait to see what’s in store for the rest of 2012. Congrats, Dottie!
Suzy Evans is the Top Sales Agent with the most buyer sales. She had over $850,000 in buyer sales and over $1 million in total sales. Suzy was also our Top Sales Agent and the winner of our social media company contest in January.
The Top Producer for February is Jennifer Todd with 7 properties closed for over $800,000 in closings. Five of those properties were homesites in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community. Jennifer was also our Top Lister in January!
Almost all of our Realtors had a transaction in February. We are looking forward to March being a great month in sales and closings!
