You are right Spring is here and what a beautiful awakening for everyone you are lucky you live where you can truly enjoy the changing of the seasons.
I saw a robin in our yard this morning digging for worms. Spring surely has sprung.
Hi Mary, not much of a change for us here in Southern California, but a welcome sight anyway...tks for sharing with us.
I love that it is lighter longer. But we still have some rain on the way...much needed rain!
Pat, the seasons are always apparent here and even though it is cold right now the Spring flowers are not paying any attention and coming up anyway. Already my peony's are several inches above the ground, daffodils blooming and tulips up a couple of inches. In about a week the Daphne will be out enough to gather in their fragrance. This is one of the things I enjoy about the Pacific Northwest.
Lindsey, I love the Robins as well especially when they cock their heads to one side listening for the worms. It is fun to watch.
Ronald it would be a little difficult for me to not have the seasons as I have lived here most of my life and all of my life in the Pacific Northwest. I am not a hot and dry climate person except for visits but I do love the countryside or the Warm Seashore and would live there in a minute.
Angelica I too am enjoying the longer light except for now when I get up at 5:00 or so it is dark again where before daylight savings it was light a little sooner. I really noticed it this morning. I am looking forward to longer evenings outside.
