What makes this guy different from the rest of the agents? He doesn't have any super-powers. No big marketing budget. No big list of past clients or years of experience -- Gary has been in real estate just 15 months. He is in a very competitive and crowded real estate market with almost 10,000 agents. And yet -- right out of the gate he listed 10 expireds in 10 weeks.

Great idea on making the call. Real estate is a team sport.
The fact that there is a system to follow helps you maintain focus on your work. There will be ups and downs in your days, weeks and career, but the system, when you follow it, will deliver results. His dedication to the simplicity of your system is what drives his success. Thanks Borino, I am looking for the same type of results in my first year and one half. I have a month and one half to go. I am going to get them, as you always suggest.
REgarding phoe calls - do you check against the do not call list?
Yes, Dennis, it's advisable to check the DNC (using a tool such as RedX makes it easy).
You're right, Larry. Listing expireds is really NOT that complicated. It comes down to persistence and doing it daily. Yes, go get 'em!
10 expireds in 10 week?! I dont doubt it at all, I'll be checking it out. Especially if this system is as informative as the "Gravity Plus" DVD set. Vet or rookie, there are great producures/moves you can immediately put to use.
