James, I wouldn't say bad.  This one needs to sell as its in pre-foreclosure.  Typically I wouldn't use these tactics but many, when they find out the home is in this situation, wait hoping to get a better price.  Considering the neighborhood, I don't think the price will get much lower and, if in the case of the last one, may go up.

Jonathan - Looks like a house I would like to downsize to, I would like to go even smaller but this would be a compromise with my husband.  I must say good price.
