4 Comments on Can a landlord collect Honolulu Westloch Oahu rent 7 months in advance?
When I lived and did property management in Hawaii - I loved the landlords give 45 days notice and tenants give 28 * I've never had the 2 notice periods be DIFFERENT
Wallace, the courts here seem to strongly favor the tenants. You were going and I was entering when you were here. I started in RE end of 80. Interest rates were at 17-18 percent then.
Hi Bruce - That is important info for landlords and tenants in Hawaii to know. So offering incentives to tenants for paying a few months in advance wouldn't work there.
Who knew? You apparently, and that's good because landlord-tenant laws are complex issues. It's always good to have a professional who you can trust manage rental properties. Have a good weekend Bruce. D
