Another Satisfied Homebuyer: Congratulations to the New Owner of 11 Rose Court, Norwood, MA

 
Congratulations to my buyer who closed last week on the purchase of a condominium in Norwood MA.  
 
keysHis home search started last July and then was put on hold when the right property was not on the market.  He decided to wait.
 
We started back up in January and we found a two bedroom, two bathroom condominium in Norwood MA, located on the first floor of a newer condominium complex.  The unit is located on the end and close to the deeded parking space.  

He took advantage of a unit that was coming out of an estate and had been on the market for some time.  He was ready to buy and the Sellers were ready to sell. I was able to refer him to a great mortgage lender who provided not only great rates but excellent customer service too.  

Now, he is enjoying the benefit of maintenance-free living, located close to his son and his grandchildren.  His family is thrilled that he will be living nearby.  

I wish him many years of happiness in his new home!
