7. MAKING AN OFFER
You’ve found the home that’s right for you. It’s time to make an offer. Team Sampron will prepare a Market Analysis to arrive at a fair price range for the home. Your offer will also include:
• Dates & Deadlines (closing date, etc.)
• Inclusions and Exclusions (appliances, etc.)
• Concessions (closing cost assistance, etc.)
Once your offer is submitted, the seller will have the option to either accept, reject, or counter it. Once both sides agree, and all documents are signed, you are under contract!
8. GETTING A HOME INSPECTION
Buying a home is one of the most important purchases you will make in your lifetime. You should be sure the home you want to buy is in good condition. Your qualified inspector takes an in-depth and impartial look at the home. The inspector will evaluate portions of the home such as:
• Exterior, Roof, Attic, Crawl Spaces, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Kitchen, Baths, Interior Rooms, Basements, Radon, etc.
Team Sampron will closely review the inspection report with you and help you decide what items to address with the seller. The seller can chose to remedy none, some, or all items requested.
