Snow, snow and more snow is the only way to describe present conditions in the village. For those not playing along at home, the mountains have received 55cm or 21 inches in the past 2 days. We have reports of another half foot tomorrow with another foot of snow on Thursday. The village continues to be a busy place as the first of the Spring Break crowd arrives with lots of smiling faces enjoying our winter wonderland.
In the past 7 days we have had 28 new listings come to market, 22 price reductions and 7 sales compared to 36 New Listings, 23 price reductions and 13 sales that we saw the previous week.
