2012 Market Trends - Osceola County, Michigan - Comparing January 2012 to February 2012
The market for Residential Home Sales has remained remarkably steady from the first of the year through February 2012. Difference between the two months is less than $2,000!
Last year, in January and Februar of 2011, sales volume was considerably higher in both January and February, however February was less than half of January sales last year. I think that it is a good sign that February is holding steady with January this year, and hopefully sales will dramatically increase for March with the beautiful weather we are having! Very little snow left, and the flowers are poking their little heads out of the ground! A great time to be looking at homes to buy!
