Chatham-Kent has Affordable Lifestyle with many ammenities. I have lived here my whole life, born and raised in this community. My family owned a Business in Chatham from 1959 to 1982 and I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1986. I am DEEPLY ROOTED IN CHATHAM -KENT. Contrary to what anyone may have believed, I have never left the area. My wife and I have a home here and love CHATHAM-KENT. In 2010 I examined the history of my Real Estate clients from the past few years and realized that a large number of them were coming from other areas, Greater Toronto area, Calgary, British Columbia and even the Islands of the south.We have a lot to offer. I decided I had to upgrade my skills to reach more of that clientelle so I took a postion with Re/Max Professionals in Mississauga, since you cannot belong to two board. I spend 3-4 day a week there, learning, taking courses and building a large data base. I met and greeted about 1500 possible future clients as well as many other Real Estate agents who have referred clients to me since. I continued to do business in Chatham-Kent for the remainder of the week, carried listings in this area and had Open Houses on the weekends. 2010 was a busy year!

In January 2011, after a lot of work, I resigned from the Mississauga Board and rejoined the Chatham-Kent Real Estate Board taking a position with Re/Max Chatham-Kent Realty Inc. Brokerage on Keil Dr. in Chatham

The year back and forth to Mississauga has paid off! In the past year I have brought 15 families into Chatham-Kent and surrounding areas from other locations.I believe in this area and want to get the word out and share our beautiful community
