Hillsborough Real Estate Market Report
In Hillsborough NJ the following real estate activity was reported. New listings continue to trend downward as expected during this time of the year, The number of units back on the market reflects the number of listings that expired over the past few weeks and are now relisted. Under contracts are holding steady and are at the lowest they have been for the rolling 4 week period which will translate into lower solds in approximately 45 -60 days. The big news this week is the large increase in price reductions, signalling that some home owners are getting serious about getting their homes sold. Expired also jumped up and will probably translate into a higher number of homes back on the market in a few weeks.
