Most Expensive Home Sales In 2006

Forbes.com announced announced this year's most-expensive residential real estate transactions.  2006 Was a banner year for those Agents dealing with sales of high-end homes. The average price of a home on their top 10 list increased more than 10% from 2005's $36 million average; more than 55% from the 2003 average.  Of course, the priciest properties were in California, Florida, and New York and Colorado.  Catch the article by Clicking Here.

Wow, I'm definitely not surprised where these homes are.  That $36 Million beats our highest priced home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa by about $35 Million (LOL)

I hear you!  Just for giggles I checked the highest price home in our area that closed in 2006... 5.8M

Hmmm...it puts things into a different perspective to say the least!
