What does this all mean locally in Myrtle Beach Real Estate?

Locally single family residential inventory fell 10.3% and condo inventory fell 7.3% compared with a year ago. Year to date, residential sales are up 9.8% and condo sales are up 8.4%. Condo sales increased 36% from prior month sales.
