In Montgomery NJ the following real estate activity was reported this week. New listings are up substantially this week, somewhat surprising for this time of the year.Price reductions are back up to 2 from zero last week, still a good sign that prices are in line for this market.. Under contract listings are up slightly from last week while solds are down 3 units.
Montgomery NJ has 106 active residential listings. These active listings range from a $250,000 Bungalow style home to a $1,590,000 custom built home.
