Seattle surrounding area flooding clean up:
The King County Council approved a plan to allow King County residents to be able to drop off flood damaged debris at no charge at their local dump site. This applies to all King County residents except those who live in Seattle and Milton which is not part of that disposal district.
Proof of residence must be provided and workers will be on site to make sure free loads are all flood debris related. If you have a mixed load, make sure and separate the flood debris from the regular garbage because the regular will get charged at the normal rate.
Free disposal dates: Dec 13-16th at all King County solid waste facilities.
