GOOD REAL ESTATE NEWS TRAVELS AS FAST AS BAD REAL ESTATE NEWS

Last June.....I had watched several News reports predicting a further crash with Real Estate in USA and CANADA...Yes even in Canada CBC News and others were predicting the demise of Real Estate...Why?... They Say Bad News Sells..BUNK

People are fed up with night after night Doom and Gloom on the TV and in the News Papers.

So I thought...Hey why not start telling Good News stories online for consumers to read. I knew they were out there when reading so many Positive Sales Posts on Active Rain from over 220,000 Members.

United We Stand....so I started a New Group on Active Rain for it’s Members to write and Post their own Success Stories...CALLED “OUR SUCCESS STORIES”

Todate we have 420 Posts from 90 Active Rain Subscribers....There have been many awesome Success Stories in our new Group...Take sometime to Read some of the members posts, and even post your own Success Story.

My Whole Goal is to get the Good News Stories out to the Public

Hi Tony & Darcy.....There are lots of Great positive posts in Our Success Stories.

The nightly TV News on European Financial Doom and Gloom stories seemed to Stop at Christmas and by January Victoria home Buyers were out shopping for homes again. No Question in my mind the negative press had a huge effect here.

Hi Al & Peggy....we cancelled our Local daily newspaper about the same time, they kept calling asking us to subscribe again, I said are you going to stop printing Doom and Gloom.... their answer was no, so I said no.

We don't watch much TV as well, we like Nature shows, Discover Channel especially Cesar and Selling New York and Selling LA and other Home improvement shows..I'm sure the Real Estate Shows like selling LA are having a positive effect.

Fred, if you have a buyer in Denver qualifying for under $250,000 you most likely will be a part of multiple bids! The inventory is down 50%, and homes are scarce! The market is rebounding VERY well here!
