I am an independent broker in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. I have been using Top Producer for a couple of years and I do so out of lack of choice. I need to have the ability to automate some of my marketing communications and Top Producer accomplishes that task. I just have two complaints:
- The program does not have a sale tracking component that tracks your INCOME production.
- You have to enter all of your commissions manually to track YTD income in on your own. I seems so easy to do!!!! I dont know if it even will track total closed sales.
- The emails for the email campaigns are terrible!!!
- I know that I can take the time to write my own but the existing emails in the existing campaigns could be much better!!!!
Is there anything out there that combines sales tracking, income production and automated campaigns for marketing??? Let me here from you out there!!!!!!
