I need help and know just where to get it! If you have seen what Charles McDonald has done to himself, I am looking for free sites out there in cyberspace where I can make facial adjustments like that to photographs!

There has to be a simple, free site that offers all kinds of add-ons that we can easily use. So if you know of such a place and would post a list of them in blog format, I am sure that I am not the only ActiveRainer that would really appreciate your assistance!
