Out of the 10 tenants I placed this month about two thirds were from another province. They've all come for work and they are all in the early to middle twenties. Mostly single guys but a couple of women too.

It does feel like the middle of a gold rush. There are ups - like lots of tenants and applicants and downs - like rush hour. But it's really exciting to be in the middle of it.

Hmmm...economics speak, I guess.   I can remember when the flow was definitely in the opposite direction...Ontario was the name of the game, at that time.

Li -Thanks for your comment! I remember moving all over Canada in the eighties for my parents work. I went to 6 highschools! Yes now it is Alberta's time to shine (again)
