Well hello there laddies!  Here we are on the eve of Saint Patrick's Day and whether you're chasing gold, points, or green beers I hope you get them all!

COMMENTS

The AR Community averaged 5,091 comments per day this last week.  I love seeing that number in the 5's rather than the 4's and I challenge us to get it back up in the 6's.  The conversation as to why the comments have been down has sparked many posts which I hope have inspired others to get back in the mix and comment more.  I know your comment interaction can make or break a new member's experience here.  If they don't receive feedback or comment love they lose out on the magic of AR.  Remember when you first started?  Do you still get that feeling when comments come in?  Remember that feeling and pass it on.

PAGEVIEWS

Mad props to Bob Miller for receiving the highest pageviews this week.  He wrote a post about reducing commission which is a very hot topic with 'Rainers.  I don't blame you, if anyone messes with my gold coins I get loud and feisty too! 

Shout out to Eric Michael coming in #2 with a post on loan officers and serial killers.  He was featured and in the Daily Drop.  Want to know why?  I'm betting it's because of his title.  It was captivating and forced members to click and see what he was talking about!  Draw in the audience with a powerful title and keep them there with quality content.
