Shalom Park in Ocala is one of the most peaceful places to go. There are plenty of walking trails, flower gardens of all sorts that bloom at various times of the year and beauty that just calms the savage beast.
The pond is filled with fish and it's fun to feed them (food available for 25 cents) and watch them lunge for the food. Here are a couple pictures of Shalom Park that will entice you!
