I got wonderful news in the mail today. After sweating & worrying for a week over whether or not I had passed my auctioneers state board exam, the letter came that I had passed & I am so overjoyed. I have had a very productive year; I got my real estate & auctioneer license & I told everyone this afternoon NO more school for me except continuing education to keep these 2 license current. I am so excited about being able to call an auction now. I just can't wait; I still have one more step, the auction board has to approve me next week & I'm good to go. I hope you all had as good a day as I did!!! I have been truly blessed!!

Congratulations Lisa...and good luck on your approval by the action board next week...I'm sure that's just a minor hurdle and you'll be off and running!

Congrats! An agent in my office is currently taking classes to get his auctioneers license as well. A lot of work,  but I am sure it will have a great payoff for you.
