Up to 7% commission for the Buyer 's Agent

Check my vacant Land listings in Antelope Valley, some of lands are giving up to 7% commission to the buyer's agent.

They are West 77th Ave G12, West 60th Ave D4.

I have one land which is not listed in the MLS, it is my own land, I will give 8% to the selling agent.

Which is located in West 100th Ave F12
