If you haven't read the book, "Getting Things Done" by David Allen, I suggest you find it online or at your local bookstore!  I am listening to it in my car and have started implementing the many strategies he suggests in this easy to understand, easy to read book!  My real estate career will become much more streamlined, and my family life will become even more enriched by getting more things done!  The one I am listening to now is, "Getting Things Done FASTER," which is a quicker version, but is extremely valuable to any professional looking to get his/her entire life organized and running smoothly. 

Obtaining the Orlando listings that I've been neglecting (for sale by owners, expireds, withdrawns), will be much easier with the projects I will finally get done!  You too can achieve a high level of productivity!! 

 A few of the great ideas include:

• Take a BRAIN DUMP -- get everything out of your head
• Process all items into an easy to find system (outlook is what I'm using)
• Create a Projects list
• Create a Next Actions list
• Complete all "2 min or less" tasks RIGHT NOW
