Yes, ours does! It's very thorough (73 pages) and beautiful (if I say so myself)! How do I know? Because I just got done creating it! It's been developing and growing and expanding over the last 12 years, this time it seems nearly complete.
It's in PDF format so our Associates can show it at listing appointments on their iPad or tablet or laptop. Although it can be cumbersome or overwhelming, I added bookmarks so our Associates could quickly flip to the right section that's relevant to each seller. So you only need to use those pages which apply to your seller!
We're still testing the format because I noticed that the iPad strips away some of the nice graphics, headers, and template designs. If you're thinking about going "digital" instead of printing your listing presentations, be sure to experiment with various platforms when you print it out.
It has some great new pages we added, including a Social Media Promotion page and our "GREEN" office certification about California Coast & Country Homes. I can't give away all the details... it's a "secret family recipe"... but it's colorful, eye-catching, and yet still professional. Our agents are sure to win more listings now!
And watch out for the email delivery, it's nearly 7 MB to transmit.
