Orchid Series for a Divine Detour #4

By
Real Estate Agent with DFW FINE PROPERTIES 0506509

Today I feature Orchid Series for a Divine Detour #4. I was tickled to find this unusual orchid. There was a definite connection! Examine all that you can and make connections with every man, woman, child, flower, plant, and animal. What’s your connection? I’d love to know.

Mother Nature can be comical, and she reminded me, that sometimes things can get hairy, even scary, and that’s alright. All we need to do is to choose our attitude and be merry. Plato once said that the unexamined life isn’t worth living. The orchid seems to beckon me with a sigh...

Happy St. Pat's Day. Enjoy the sublime in life's little quirks. Seek joy. Live simply and simply live!

Greetings Patrica - I really like the water drops on the this orchid bloom.  Yesterday's bloom reminded me of a sea animal this one reminds me of something one would find topping off a large and beautiful salad.  There I go thinking of food again :)  Thanks for sharing such a cool series my friend and have a great Saturday.

The "fuzziness" of this particular flower astounded me Patricia. Keep observing the world and nature and even our local area as wonderful as you do bringing us your photos and words. You are a true gem here with your sharing.

Hi Patricia--if I had to get deep with looking at this one it would remind me of the impermanence of everything.  There is the effect that the orchid is both coming together and fading away at the same time.  The photo is just gorgeous and perfect for St. Patrick's Day.

We grow our orchids on the balcony and under trees in the garden........they love being outside in this humid environment.......and they spend on average about 4 days a year in the garage or in the house, when it is too cold.

Hi Patricia-I can't even begin to elaborate properly on how marvelously you write. I enjoy it so much. As an orchid grower here in south Florida ( I have them growing in and on my palm trees) I also have to say I love your "detour". This particular orchid really caught my eye as I have never seen this type before and now must have one! Happy Monday and a big hug!
