This is my first post to ActiveRain. I would like to say Hello and Thank You to the creators of this site for this opportunity. I was referred here by a fellow member who believes that what we are doing here is important in many ways. I'd also like to say Hello to All of the Activerain Members throughout the state, and anyone else who is reading this first post.
Aside from just promoting ourselves, we are here to assist and help those seeking information and to research topics of interest relative to the real estate industry. This represents my 37th year in the Banking, Mortgage Banking, and now Mortgage Brokerage Industry. I love what I do, and always try to adhere to the Golden Rule.
Lastly, I certainly hope that in these unusual times and hopefully for a long time in the future, that I can help and contribute to the success of this site by helping others seeking what they are looking for through this mechanism.
